We are looking for a Buyer Ecommerce for a well-known fashion company based in Amsterdam.
You will be responsible for rolling out the exclusive capsules strategy in the Ecommerce business. This key position is for all product divisions. In this position you will play an important role in ensuring growth to the ecommerce platform.
This is a temporary role starting ASAP until 28/02/2025, possibility of extension.
In this role you will report directly into the Exclusives and Capsules Manager. Your responsibilities are:
- Working together with the Exclusives and Capsules Manager to support the seasonal strategy for exclusives and liaise with key stakeholders;
- Managing the complete flow of exclusives from product development with the division through range planning, asset production and launch down to collaborating with analytics team to obtain insights;
- Researching market trends, competitor activity and developments;
- Monitoring sell-throughs, proposing and executing trading actions in order to improve sales performance;
- Coordinating, creating and presenting seasonal content;
- Working collaboratively with the Planning team to create seasonal range plans and define detailed buy plans of consumer insights, market trends and commercial opportunities;
- Providing directional input to the content team and studio during creative briefs for style guides, looks, features, promotions and newsletters;
- Working collaboratively with the Content and Site Merchandising teams to best prepare the business to develop initiatives to support particular categories and products, ensuring categories have visibility and voice;
- Monitoring deliveries to ensure consistent and early flow of goods/merchandise to maximize sales and measure plan;
- Working closely with relevant teams to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.

Functie eisen
We are looking for:* Previous experience in a Buying Department preferably within an e-commerce fashion brand;
* Skilled in Excel;
* Good eye for product demonstrating;
* Strong numerical and analytical skills;
* Ability to prioritize & multi-task;
* A strong eye for detail, great organizational skills and works to a high level of accuracy;
* Ability to bring ideas to the table in relation to product and brand mix.
