As a meat production employee you will work in an internationally composed team. It is a varied job in which you work with meat, fish and vegan products. Getting up early is no problem, because your shift starts at 6:00 AM. One day you and your colleagues will remove membranes and fat from 3,000 kilos of tenderloin. You do this manually with a knife, but that will be no problem! In addition, your own input is highly appreciated and you can grow in your position.
In addition to the fact that you are a butcher of meat, you also handle fish. You will also have to deal with Kosher and halal production. This also includes variety, which keeps the challenge interesting. Of course it is 'learning on the job' and you will be properly trained. This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week.
