Responsibilities:
- Support management in customer profitability.
- Review investment proposals and customer tenders.
- Oversee contract management and revenue reconciliation.
- Handle operational data and KPIs.
- Provide support for business cases and analysis.
- Assist in credit control processes.
- Prepare and participate in periodic business reviews with clients.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, business models, and provide commentary on deviations.
- Handle headcount requisition and FTE reconciliation.
- Act as a member of the Business Management Team and business partner.
- Support action tracking through implementation and measure tracking.
- Control costs related to invoices, expenses, and purchase orders.
- Provide accruals for the business to the shared services team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the warehouse management system.

Functie eisen
Requirements:- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in business control or finance, preferably within logistics.
- Proven experience supporting business operations through financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and offer actionable insights.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software, preferably SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel between Zaandam/Westzaan and Eindhoven as required.
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and performance enhancement.
- Knowledge of logistics and storage operations is a plus, but not required
