who are you

You are someone with at least 4 years of experience as a customer service employee in logistics. Your customer-friendly attitude makes you a good match for this role, in which cooperation and communication are essential. You are confident and are able to perform well under pressure, which makes you a valuable asset to the team.

  • You have at least MBO+ work and thinking level
  • You are stress-resistant
  • You have knowledge of MS Office + SAP
  • You are customer-oriented
  • You speak and write well in English (speaking Dutch is not a requirement but can be usefull)
what will you do

As a Business Representative, you provide daily support for the customer. You ensure that communication between the company and the customer runs smoothly. You also provide support to the Business Manager, to ensure that customer wishes are translated into concrete results.

  • Supporting projects such as launching new services or improving processes
  • Managing and monitoring the daily order flow and assisting with other order management activities
  • Thoroughly investigating questions and problems to provide customers with appropriate answers and solutions
  • Maintaining communication via email and telephone with both customers and internal departments
  • Providing support with the pricing and billing process
