What will you do?
- Act as the link between customers and your warehouse colleagues leading operations.
- Oversee the order process for both national and international customers.
- Promptly identify potential disruptions in the order process and assist in resolving them.
- Request customs documentation from our external partner.
- Administer all inbound and outbound transport.
- Plan and document external transport.
- Process procedural documentation in the warehouse management system.
- Handle and register inbound orders, returns, and inventory changes.
- Respond to customer inquiries about operations via phone.
- Prepare information for monthly invoicing.
What we ask for
- Experience in a similar role within the logistics sector.
- Strong communication skills, both with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to be available full-time during your direct colleague's vacation period.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and handle a dynamic work environment.

- A minimum gross salary of €2,600.76 per month (based on a full-time contract).
- 8.33% holiday allowance.
- Travel allowance starting from 5 kilometers one-way.
