In order to grow our business in the Netherlands and Belgium, we are looking for a:

Business Development & Sales Executive

You already have several years’ experience as an account manager in the industrial sector.

Personal development is important to you and you feel at home in a technical environment. Working with distribution channels / wholesale sector is not unknown territory and you will expand this further. You understand the added value of specialist light solutions and have the ability to communicate this very well.
You have experience in developing marketing and sales activities. You have insight into the needs of clients and the market as a whole. Exploring and exploiting new opportunities are among your specialisms. You are able to generate enthusiasm among industrial clients for Glass Guard’s high quality shatterproof industrial lamps.

Your tasks include:


• Account management and acquisition within sales. You convince the client about the properties of the shatterproof industrial lamps.

• Developing a long-term, constructive relationship with industrial clients and the wholesale sector.

• Highlighting and reporting on opportunities, risks in the market, interesting developments, etc. relating to the client and the work field.

Functie eisen

 

You


• Speak and write Dutch perfectly and have a very good command of English; French is not essential but would be useful

• Experienced in specification selling to decision makers in the end user group

• Key account management and development skills

• Knowledge of the industrial lamp and food industry is not essential but would be useful

• Receive and generate quality sales leads with ownership to close
