About the Position

As a Business Developement Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth of Idalko Netherlands. You will enhance our brand's visibility in the Atlassian space, acquire new clients, and contribute to our financial growth. This role is both operational and strategic, involving the development of long-term sales visions and the implementation of effective tactics to capture new markets. You will continuously innovate the sales process.

Leads can come from any type of client in the Netherlands, across various industries, and from companies of all sizes. Upon receiving a lead, you will contact the client, explore how we can assist them, provide advice, and ultimately close the deal. You will frequently engage with C-level executives. Besides generating new business, you will also manage relationships with existing clients. Maintaining a good relationship with your consulting colleagues is crucial, as they already have extensive contact with our current clients and can assist in expanding accounts or facilitating cross-selling opportunities. Additionally, you will develop and manage strategic partnerships, working closely with marketing, customer success, and customer solutions teams.

You will also engage in networking, participate in events (possibly internationally), and stay informed about the Atlassian market, related communities, and ecosystems to identify opportunities.

Experience 
  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales, with the confidence to determine your own actions.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language and professional proficiency in English.
  • Enjoy being present at our Arnhem office frequently, as good relationships with colleagues are essential in this role.
  • Experience with Atlassian is a plus.
