Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We work directly with producers at the origin to bring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) high-quality coffees safely, on time, and consistently using efficient digital frameworks. We believe in traceability through the chain and are highly committed to transparency towards all our stakeholders.

We are looking for a performance-driven individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn to join our team as a Business Development Intern.

We are seeking candidates capable of committing to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week for a duration of 6 months.

Tasks
  • Assist towards business development and sales of specialty green coffee to roasters / customers within the European market and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Assist in active sales via emails and phone conversations; manage and update CRM database
  • Contribute towards conducting analysis of market to identify client requirements
  • Assist with preparation of product samples, promotional material for clients
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing Bachelor / Masters or equivalent degree
  • Ability / preference to work in a dynamic / entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to learn and implement new sales techniques
  • Team player/problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions for customers
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English is required
  • Dutch / French / Spanish / Italian / Polish / German is a big plus
  • Must be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
