Ready to make a meaningful impact by transforming financial data into actionable insights for a leading sustainable packaging company?
The Role
As a Business Controller, you will be at the heart of the mission to drive sustainable, reusable packaging solutions. As a key player in the business control team, you’ll be responsible for guiding financial planning, crafting and refining reporting frameworks, and uncovering valuable insights through trend analysis with a mindset and experience to consolidate and professionalise the business from a controlling point of view. You will prepare budgets and long-term forecasts, critically evaluate business cases, and provide strategic advice to senior management, supporting their decision-making process and ensuring the success of the organization.
Ready to drive financial planning and reporting at a leading sustainable packaging company?
Collaborating closely with the business control team at headquarters and partnering with regional controllers across Central, Central East, West and South Europe, as well as the UK and Ireland, you’ll be the essential link between financial data and meaningful business strategy. Working alongside an in-house business intelligence team and engaging directly with operational and commercial units, you will turn numbers into narratives that guide key decisions. Your financial expertise and analytical insights will be instrumental in identifying performance bottlenecks and enabling growth strategies. Furthermore, you will operate in a healthy and profitable environment with a clear strategy to continue the successful growth of the past years.
Skills & RequirementsYou are an energetic and proactive Business Controller who combines strong analytical thinking with a hands-on approach and excellent digital skills. You have a keen eye for spotting trends and a natural ability to elevate existing reports, always seeking new ways to add value. Your enthusiasm for building internal networks and identifying opportunities for improvement sets you apart. Moreover, you excel as a team player with strong communication skills, making you an effective partner in driving both individual and collective success.

The opportunity to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
