ASML is looking for a Business Analyst to support our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) team in optimizing the Cost of Goods (CoG) and strengthening supplier relationships.

Your Impact

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving cost transparency, efficiency, and strategic execution within our procurement organization. You will provide data-driven insights, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support senior stakeholders in making informed business decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact role, collaborating across procurement, finance, and business lines to enhance ASML’s operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide business analytics and intelligence to improve performance within the SS&P Cluster
  • Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive them within the Cluster
  • Stakeholder Support: Act as the go-to expert for Senior Account Leaders on cost-related deep dives
  • Roadmap Clarity: Provide clear and actionable cost roadmaps for senior Cluster Managers
  • Process Improvement: Organize and optimize Cluster Cost Carousels and provide training for Account Leaders
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with Finance, Procurement, and Business Lines to align cost management strategies
  • Automation & Standardization: Identify and implement process and tooling improvements for cost management
What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-6 years of experience in a large organization, preferably in a high-tech or supply chain environment
  • Strong background in data analytics and performance improvement
  • Experience with KPI dashboarding, data analysis, and cost optimization strategies
  • Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, Spotfire, and MS Excel is a plus
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across different seniority levels
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • This role requires 5 days per week on-site to ensure close collaboration with the team and stakeholders
Primary Employment Conditions
  • Competitive salary between €€6000 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week, depending on knowledge and experience)
  • 13th-month payment (pro-rated and paid periodically) or a quarterly bonus, with the highest amount paid at the end of the year
  • 8.33% holiday allowance, calculated over 12 monthly salaries
Contract Type
  • One-year project contract
