March 2025: De Plesman will open its doors in Scheveningen, The Hague. This brand-new hotel and restaurant concept is located in an iconic building where dunes, forest, city, and beach come together. With 100 hotel rooms, a Lobby/bar, Restaurant Suus, and a deli, this destination is set to become a culinary and hospitality hotspot.
What's different? They're bold and looking for someone to help evolve hospitality alongside them. The team is at the heart of the hotel, bringing unique perspectives that make it a truly special place. They want you to help ensure every guest leaves with a bright smile!
Independent Hospitality has been exclusively appointed to recruit the team of Restaurant Suus. We are currently looking for a Breakfast Waiter or Waitress to join this exciting venture!
What will you be doing?
- Make sure that the guest start their day with a smile;
- Ensure breakfast buffet items are refilled;
- Keep the breakfast area clean and tidy throughout service hours;
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and relay guest feedback;
- Support other food and beverage-related tasks as required;
- Provide excellent service to guests, addressing their needs and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Functie eisen
What will you bring to the table?* You have experience in a similar role. You'll be on top of our list if you gained this experience at a 4/5-star hotel;
* Flexibility to work morning shifts (starting 06:00 AM or 07:00 AM), including weekends and holidays;
* You speak English fluently;
* You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague.
