As part of the team, you will manage all consumer-facing sales channels, including ecommerce, retail, outlet, franchise, marketplace, and wholesale activations. Your primary focus will be on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels, working closely with local teams to ensure the successful implementation of global campaigns and local activations.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Brand Marketing Manager in implementing global campaigns locally;
  • Advise on local markets' annual and seasonal strategies, ensuring they align with regional marketing priorities and global brand goals;
  • Lead and project manage major 360 activations across internal stakeholders (ecom, retail, wholesale, media, communications, studio, local teams) and external partners (agencies, vendors);
  • Share best practices with other markets to drive regional success;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated markets, ensuring local marketing briefs meet EU regional needs and priorities;
  • Cultivate relationships with local marketing teams and internal stakeholders;
  • Manage the budget for local omnichannel activation.

Your salary will depend on your current knowledge and experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the fashion or luxury industry;
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications;
* Proven success in driving projects from concept to implementation, with measurable results, in close partnership with cross-functional teams;
* Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and a self-starter mentality for improving efficiencies and processes;
* Proactive, hands-on, and independent;
* Creative, open-minded, and resourceful;
* Attention to detail;
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
* Responsive and service-minded;
* Capable of managing multiple projects with challenging lead times simultaneously.
