The position
Specific focus will be on:
• Review of the global benefits portfolio through a DEI&B lens (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) to ensure inclusive benefits offering;
• Further enhancement of the Wolters Kluwer Global Well-being program ‘Well-being, Together we Thrive’, including establishing of a Global Well-being Champion Network and global and local Well-being calendar activities;
• Benefits communications to ensure employee understanding and appreciation of benefit programs; execute communications in collaboration with HR Communications, HR Service Delivery, as well as Market HR and external communication partners;
• Manage the plan renewals for benefits globally, including the marketing of insured benefits in partnership with local HR, brokers and vendors.
You will be based in our head office in Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands (hybrid way of working). You will work closely together with the Benefits Manager EMEA and be part of the Global Benefits Center of Excellence.
Functie-eisen
Education
· Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in HR, Finance, or Business.
Experience
· At least 5 years of Benefits and/or Well-being experience required, with a strong background in design, development, and delivery of benefit and well-being plans
· Proven track record of successfully partnering with key stakeholders, particularly Benefits and local HR to ensure all benefits programs and plans are understood and appropriately managed across the region
· Experience in working in an international environment
