March 2025: De Plesman will open its doors in Scheveningen, The Hague. This brand-new hotel and restaurant concept is located in an iconic building where dunes, forest, city, and beach come together. With 100 hotel rooms, a Lobby/bar, Restaurant Suus, and a deli, this destination is set to become a culinary and hospitality hotspot.
What's different? They're bold and looking for someone to help evolve hospitality alongside them. The team is at the heart of the hotel, bringing unique perspectives that make it a truly special place. They want you to help ensure every guest leaves with a bright smile!
Independent Hospitality has been exclusively appointed to recruit the team of Restaurant Suus. We are currently looking for a Bartender to join this exciting venture!
What will you be doing?
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for the guest, using measuring systems;
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with creating an unique beverage offering;
- Your bar looks always flawless, and is ready for action;
- Prepare fresh garnish for the drinks;
- Making sure there is no one with an empty glass.

What do you bring to the table?* You are very passionate about beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic;
* You are creative with new trends and demands;
* Bartending experience is preferable with a sound of cocktail knowledge;
* Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;
* You speak English fluently;
* You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague.
