March 2025: De Plesman will open its doors in Scheveningen, The Hague. This brand-new hotel and restaurant concept is located in an iconic building where dunes, forest, city, and beach come together. With 100 hotel rooms, a Lobby/bar, Restaurant Suus, and a deli, this destination is set to become a culinary and hospitality hotspot.
What's different? They're bold and looking for someone to help evolve hospitality alongside them. The team is at the heart of the hotel, bringing unique perspectives that make it a truly special place. They want you to help ensure every guest leaves with a bright smile!
Independent Hospitality has been exclusively appointed to recruit the restaurant team. We are currently looking for a Barista to join this exciting venture!
What will you be doing?
- Preparing and serving a wide variety of coffee, tea, cocktails and other beverages to perfection;
- Engaging with guests to provide personalized recommendations and excellent service;
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the barista station and equipment;
- Managing stock levels for coffee, tea, and related supplies;
- Staying updated on coffee trends and contributing ideas for new beverage offerings.

What do you bring to the table?* Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment;
* A passion for coffee, with knowledge of preparation techniques and equipment;
