This dynamic hotel on the outskirts of the city center is looking for a Banqueting Supervisor. The hotel has a lot of operational diversity and is well-oriented towards the leisure and business markets. You will be actively involved in operations and leadership and responsible for administrative tasks and communication with other departments. If you show what you're made of, there is room to grow within this chain, and many opportunities await!
In collaboration with the Banqueting Manager, you ensure that daily affairs are in order. Additionally, you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Motivating and training your team;
- Being the first point of contact for guests;
- Being operational on the floor;
- Clear communication with the various departments in the hotel.
This organization offers a pleasant working environment where development is encouraged, and you will work in a small but close-knit team. The salary they offer is around €2500 gross per month, based on 38 hours per week and depending on your knowledge and experience. Functie eisen
The ideal Banqueting Supervisor we are looking for meets the following requirements:* At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Enjoys working in a team but is also self-reliant;
* Social Hygiene or BHV certification is preferred;
* Excellent command of English language, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
