As an associate supply chain, you will contribute to the efficient handling of return shipments within our team in Breda. You will face challenges such as optimizing processes and coordinating various stakeholders. A good understanding of supply chain, GMP regulations, and Lean Six Sigma is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Process: all returned end products within agreed timelines and according to applicable regulations.
- Coordinate: reverse flow process with internal and external stakeholders, from transport booking to physical receipt of goods.
- Support: improvements in business and system processes.
- Act: as the primary point of contact for transport return issues and resolving these problems.
- Update: systems and databases to ensure accurate data.
