Functieomschrijving
The Assistant Project Manager IT works from a team of six and will primarily focus on migrations of On Premise software to Cloud solutions. The emphasis in this role is on the management aspect, meaning you will ensure that schedules are in place, quality requirements are met and technicians are managed.
The position of Assistant Project Manager IT summarized:
- You will plan and coordinate all activities around cloud software implementations. This includes software, project planning, functional requirements and testing.
- In addition, you assess the current systems and analyze where improvements can be made and how. Then you also research new software products.
- You are point of contact for various stakeholders manage team members.

You will be working for a large Japanese international player in the automotive industry. Worldwide, they are one of the largest technology suppliers for the global automotive industry. They arrange everything themselves from design to production, where the software for electric cars is also developed. You have previous experience in a directing role within an IT project team. It is a big plus if you have gained this experience specifically with Cloud implementation projects. Additionally:
- The position is at college level and preferably you have completed an IT related education.
- You have knowledge of Prince2 and ITIL.
- In the team English is mainly spoken so you master this language on a professional level anyway. Do you also speak Dutch? Great!
