In this role, you will play a crucial role in creating positive and memorable guest experiences. Your main duties are to operationally manage the Front Office, Guest Relations, Shuttle Service and Concierges. During your duty shift, you will be the point of contact for guests and employees and ensure smooth operations, including checking guests in and out and properly handling complaints. You are responsible for training and coaching the Front Office employees and directly manage the one on duty.

Your team consists of three employees, together with your team you are therefore responsible for administrative tasks such as making rosters and holding performance reviews. You work in fluctuating shift, making every week/ day a different adventure.

* MBO/HBO education, preferably Hotel Management or similar
* Leadership experience in a similar position within the hotel industry
