As Assistant Director of Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Defining sales objectives, strategies and actions;
- You will focus on the North American market, MICE and luxury leisure segments and build strong relationships within your client base;
- You identify new business opportunities and develop action plans for both existing and new accounts.
- You will coach and train your sales team to achieve shared goals;
- You will report to the Director of Sales and work closely to shape and execute the hotel's commercial strategy.
For the position of Assistant Director of Sales you will earn 3400 to 4400 euros per month gross based on full-time employment. Your knowledge and experience will be taken into account. Functie eisen
As an Assistant Director of Sales, you will meet the following criteria:* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry, preferably in the luxury segment;
* Experience in multiple business segments, with knowledge of MICE and Travel Trade;
* Experience in creating strategic commercial market plans;
* Excellent communication skills and able to act as an ambassador;
* Able to identify business opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales.
