For our in Germany located client, an international and innovative manufacturer of filter media and systems, we are currently looking for a motivated Sales Manager (all genders) Filtration, to set up and expand existing and new business activities in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Tasks- Technical customer advice and sales of customer-specific filter media and systems (including filter cloths, filter bags and filter belts)
- Sales responsibility in the sales area (Netherlands and Belgium) in the amount of 2 million euros in close cooperation with the internal sales department
- Independent development of medium and long-term customer acquisition strategies as well as international market potential
- Acquisition of new customers & existing customers
- Proactive and independent customer advice in terms of transparent contract processes and occurring costs
- Leading negotiations about prices, conditions and contracts as well as complaint management
- Offer creation and follow-up as well as the system-side processing of orders
- Direct reporting line to the Sales Leader
- Coordination at the interface between internal sales and the technical department
- Continuous observation of market events and the early identification of relevant trends
- Participation in trade fairs
- Successfully completed technical vocational training or a degree in engineering or comparable
- Technical sales (field service) experience in industrial filtration technology desirable (preferably in process filtration or general process engineering)
- Passionate about providing technical advice on products that require explanation
- Strong service mentality, high customer orientation and communication skills
- Team player mentality, very high self-motivation, curiosity, flexibility and strong communication skills
- Fluent oral and written Dutch communication skills as well as advanced english language skills
- Class B driving license
- Willingness to travel in the Netherlands and Belgium (approximately two to three days per week)
- Self-selected company car - also for private use
- Working from the home office - with regular events at the company location in Germany
- Extensive induction program
