Functie eisen
Allround Logistics Employee (on Site)Main tasks:
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing order flows
• Processing orders in a timely manner
• Maintaining contact with carriers, outsourced warehouse, internal departments & our Taiwan HQ teams to enhance operational efficiency
• Monitoring order status & feedback to Sales department
• Ensuring timely dispatch of documents to customers & warehouse
• Archiving and other administrative tasks
• Packing the goods and prepare it for shipping out.
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operate forklifts and stackers
• All kinds of tasks in the warehouse and logistic team which are needed.
Job requirements:
• Minimum MBO (vocational) level of education
• Proficient in computer skills, with experience in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics is preferred
• Valid Stacker/Forklift certificate are a plus. We also welcome those willing to obtain certification
• Physical ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 23 kg
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Basic Dutch language skills preferred, Chinese language skills are a plus
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with a flexible attitude.
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to prioritize work and good organizational skills
• Valid Work Permit is a must
• Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00
