As an Allround Financial employee, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks and play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our company. You will become part of a Finance team that currently consists of five dedicated and enthusiastic employees. Your tasks include:

  • Accounting and Administration : You will handle the day-to-day accounting for multiple entities from different countries, including processing invoices, bank statements and other financial documents.
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Management : You monitor outstanding items, ensure timely payments and collections, and maintain contact with both customers and suppliers.
  • Reporting and analysis: You contribute to the monthly and annual financial reporting and analyze financial data to identify trends and deviations.
  • Preparation of annual accounts : You support the preparation of the annual accounts and ensure accurate and timely reporting to the accountant.
  • Tax Returns : You will assist in preparing VAT returns and other tax obligations for both the Netherlands and our international entities.
  • Internal controls : You ensure and improve compliance with internal controls and procedures to guarantee correct financial administration.

Functie eisen

Who are you?

* You have completed a higher professional education in a financial field (e.g. Business Economics, Accountancy)
* Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
* You have a solid knowledge of accounting and financial administration.
* Experience with financial software. Knowledge of MS Office programs, excellent command of Excel is a must
* You have a sharp analytical ability and can interpret financial data well.
* You have excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
