As a painter, you are responsible for applying coatings to various products. These products include trucks directly from the factory or after damage has been repaired, as well as industrial products. The work is highly varied and requires professional knowledge and skills. Surface preparation and masking are largely done for you, as are preliminary preparation tasks. However, you may need to assist with these tasks when necessary. Additionally, individual parts are also painted; you hang them on the line, paint them, and then conduct quality checks, including inspecting the paint layer.
You are responsible for the final result.
General responsibilities:
- Surface preparation
- Masking/filling
- Painting tasks
- Quality control
- Physical condition: Motivated and reliable, good physical condition, ability to work accurately and quality-oriented, flexible and independent attitude.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in painting, surface preparation, and masking.
- Certificate: VCA certificate.
- Driving license B: Possession of a valid driving license.
- Language: Communicative knowledge of German or English.
- Weekly (every wednesday) netto salary payment according to a collective labour agreement
- Accommodation in accordance with SNF (foundation for flexible housing) standards
- Free transport to work or kilometre allowance
- Health insurance
