We are actively looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our team, with a specific focus on acquiring and serving customers in BeNeLux, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, but also other countries could be added. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with assigned customers and prospects within these regions.

In this role, you will drive the sales of our products, achieving personal sales targets, and expanding our customer base. You will develop and execute a comprehensive customer contact plan tailored to effectively communicate product launches and engage customers in targeted sales campaigns. Furthermore, you will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and collaborating with internal teams when necessary to provide appropriate solutions.

Identifying and cultivating potential customers will be a critical aspect of your position. Drawing on your skills and expertise, you will gather information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers and other relevant contacts. Additionally, you will actively participate in trade shows and conferences, leveraging these platforms to generate new leads and establish connections within the target markets. Your deep understanding of our products and their alignment with customer needs will enable you to effectively sell customer propositions and recommend the products or services that best meet their specific requirements.

Customer-centricity is fundamental to our approach. You will build strong external relationships with customers, fostering trust and becoming their go-to partner. Internally, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and alignment in meeting customer expectations. By contributing to effective partnership management, you will help drive our success in these markets.


In this role, you will report to and closely collaborate with your sales leader. There is an open and pleasant working atmosphere where we all work toward the same goal.





We are looking for a new colleague with the right drive and a high degree of enthusiasm. Someone who wants to learn and develop oneself while actively contributing to the growth of BRB.

You have at least 2 years’ experience in the B to B industry. You have gained this experience preferably in a sales role, but this could also be from Customer service or tech service. It is a pre if you have a network in the silicone industry.

As a person you are someone who keeps their commitments and keeps stakeholders informed of the process and progress. You are a good team player but can also work very well independently.

What else do you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level.

• proficiency in English, both written and oral is essential. German is nice to have.

• excellent communication skills and cross collaboration spirit.

• experience in silicones is nice to have.



BRB is growing and if we want to meet all the growth expectations it will give you a variety of challenges. For this position, you do not have to live in the Netherlands, but can also live elsewhere in Europe (home office based), but preferably within max. 1,5 h driving distance from Ittervoort so that you can spend 1 to 2 days per week at the HQ, is not a pre.
