- Demonstrable track record in new business / net new logo sales for a large Tier 1 or Tier 2 Global Systems Integrator
- Experience of working alongside and building relationships within major Manufacturing, Logistics, E&U + Retail, Consumer Goods and Travel & Hospitality organizations
- Experience of working for a Global Services Firm with onshore, nearshore and offshore capabilities.
- Knowledge and experience selling similar Services including Digital, Data, Cloud, Consulting and application modernization
- Demonstrable success selling multi million, multi-year deals.
- Demonstrable consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution selling model.
- Excellent compensation/benefits. A strong financial incentive package that includes a solid base salary with a highly attractive commissions plan. Further incentives include award programs, club trips, and excellent benefits package.
