• You will be responsible for owning, optimizing and promoting the implementation of Collibra and the Data Quality Tool.

As a Product Owner Data Management you align with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of our enterprise wide Data Management & Governance initiatives. • Developing and communicating a clear product vision together with the Capability and Content Lead, strategy and roadmap aligned with Data Management & Governance initiatives and business needs. 
  
• Understanding and managing your stakeholders – to do the right things and to get things done! 
  
• Being the right hand and sparring partner for the Data Management & Governance capability lead. 
  
• Managing the Data Management Team, ensuring that features are delivered on time and meet quality standards. 
  
• Giving demos and training within the organization, to help people get value out of the Enterprise Data Catalog and Data Quality tool. 
  

You will be working within the Data Management & Governance team, consisting of 6 Data Domain Stewards, 5 Data Management Engineers and the Data Management & Governance Capability Lead. This team helps Schiphol to work easier, faster and safer with data by defining enterprise-wide Data Governance policies and coordinating the data governance work over the different business domains.

• Consultancy experience and excellent stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience in navigating in large organizations and a complex stakeholder environment. 
• Proven experience in the role of Product Owner ( 2-3 years) 
• Proven experience (5 + years) as data management consultant (or in a similar role) in a Data Management / Data Governance environment. 
• Extensive knowledge of Collibra in an Enterprise Environment; Data Quality Concepts and Tooling and Data Management & Governance.

• € 5173 to € 7176 gross per month (Schaal 13).
  
• A 13th month (year-end bonus).
  
• An NS Business Card that fully reimburses travel by public transportation to and from work.
  
• The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week.
